How do you improve a rod considered a milestone in
spinning evolution?
Well, it’s not easy, but we are used to this kind of challenge at Shimano.
First of all, we used new Biofibre technology in the blanks’ construction.
This produces an amazing resistance, superior elasticity and an unbeatable
casting performance. Second, we asked Fuji to develop new sizes of Low Rider
guides to further improve the casting performance. Finally, we introduced
the new super resistant Power Cork to the handle and the beautiful Fossil
Wood to the reel seat. The result is a masterpiece of engineering.
