 With the Shimano Force Master spinning range, the aim was
to create a rod in the lower price segment that doesn’t compromise on
features or performance. With a rod whose overall features surpass the
original Beastmaster yet are offered at a lower price, Shimano believe they
have achieved this goal. But how can a rod that is better be cheaper?
It’s a fair question, and its mainly due to the new Master technology which
uses a new generation of Fine Crystal Carbon fibre. The resultant rod is a
